Design, Implementation and Maintenance of the Citrix platform.

Jump off platform for management systems for ALU's FTTH deployment, which permits sharing with multiple companies that interact with the network management systems. There are three platforms for different customers, Vodafone, Orange and ALU. Tasks undertaken by Sortis:

Design: design of soft and hard solutions.
Implementation: installation and compatibility testing, user access control, installing applications.
Platform maintenance:

- System administration: usage reports, management Citrix XenApp Advanced, Windows 2008 R2 Server; new applications, etc.

- Preventive maintenance: soft and hard monitoring of the Citrix farm, daily/weekly preventive maintenance, alarm control, etc.

- Corrective maintenance (7x24): Proactive and troubleshooting of incidents on the systems, on-site actions, scaling to AT3 to Citrix and Microsoft.
