Sortis renews the quality certification according to UNE ISO 9001: 2015 + ISO 14001: 2015
The SGS audit company has verified that the Sortis Group complies with the Management System Certification in accordance with the UNE EN ISO 9001: 2015 + UNE EN ISO 14001: 2015 Standard.
The external audit was carried out on July 18 and 19 last July, with the external auditor participating with the Sortis Quality and Environmental Management team.
The audit has been based on processes and has been focused on the significant aspects, risks, objectives, in accordance with the reference standard, and highlighting some of the company’s objectives:
- Take care of the client, satisfaction survey and work honestly.
- Consolidate task automation to gain efficiency.
- Perform response analysis and service quality.
- Continue with a biannual climate survey establishing communication improvements.
- Consolidate the work of the staff by sharing news on social networks.
- Update the web to improve web positioning (SEO)
