Since May 2019 Sortis has retourned the responsibility with the customer of the 2nd level service of Administration and Maintenance in the OSS systems Owners of the Orange Spain Network.
In the past Sortis developed this activity through intermediate companies, but now it is done directly with Orange Spain.
With this service, Sortis covers the 2nd level service of all Orange OSS (Non-owners is a service that has been doing for 5 years).
- System administration: usage reports, administration of servers and operating systems, databases; application updates, storage and backup, etc.
- Preventive maintenance: soft and hard monitoring, remote preventive maintenance using automated scripts.
- Corrective maintenance (7×24): Helpdesk users, proactive and cooperative incidents resolution, on-site support and FLM , scaling AT3 to manufacturers, etc.
