In order to reduce the duration and number of incidents that occur in ONO's network, that affect its vips customers (Orange, Vodafone, Abertis, BT, T-Online, etc.); Sortis created a dedicated work team (working 24x7). The project's success was based on conducting preventive work on the network, monitoring and anticipating possible incidents that might have occurred. Redesign and reengineering, looking for available network resources and running the required configuration tasks.
