Sortis has a responsibility to support the 1st level team of Huawei in the incidents reported by Orange's control centers. Sortis has a team of technology experts who are responsible for analyzing, resolving or escalating to the manufacturers that provide 3rd level support. It is a multidisciplinary project structured around different lots or services:
  • Databases: EMA fixed and mobile, HP-IUM, Persa, Network Analyzer, etc.
  • Monitoring: Netcool, Infovista, Tacacs.
  • Inventory: Contra, Network Automation, Service Inventory.
  • Probes: Brixcall, Brixvision, Otarie, Peakflow, Pic, Process7, U2520.
  • Robots: Xplorer, ADSL, Móvil, TV.
  • Performance: Teoco Platform
