Operation and Maintenance of Transmission equipment on the AVE lines.
Sortis performs the service for Nokia consisting of surveillance, monitoring and activation of incidences in the transport network of the AVE lines (high-speed train). The project started in 2010 and continues today.
Tasks undertaken:
Alarm monitoring and network incidences resolution 24x7x365, through administration systems.
Transmission technology: radio links, optical DWDM equipment, power supply and climate systems, etc.
Coordination and support to subcontractors for on-site resolution of problems.
Second level support for nodes and OSS. Scaling and follow-up to third level support
