Citrix Orange platform administration and maintenance contract renewal

Sortis has renewed with its Nokia client the annual preventive / corrective maintenance contract for the Citrix platforms.

The platform allows access to Orange’s Network and Corporate Management Systems, necessary for accessing the Service Aware Manager (SAM MIND Net) application, including the support of the Neto and Exceed servers.

Sortis will develop the tasks of administration, preventive and corrective maintenance, help desk users, registration of new applications, access control and security policies, script development for task automation, etc.

Throughout this exercise, you will supply and renew the annual services of Subscription Advantage + Premier Support Premier, of 100 Citrix licenses for these platforms
